Courses

100 Mile (Century) ride begins by climbing the Poway grade into Ramona, followed by a 7 mile downhill on highway 78 with a scenic ride down the coast. The course features five well stocked aid stations with a total of 4500 feet of climbing. Most of the climbing is in the first 30 miles of the ride. East bound lane of the Poway Grade will be closed to vehicle traffic from 7am-9am. (Riders will need to show their ride bib to proceed up the grade)

62 Mile (Metric Century) and the 50 Mile courses begin with the same climb as the 102 mile course into Ramona with a 7 mile downhill on highway 78. Theses courses return back through Rancho Bernardo over the new stress ribbon bicycle bridge over Lake Hodges. The 62 mile course includes 2,900 feet of climbing with three aid stations and the 50 mile mile course has 2,400 feet of climbing with two aid stations. (Riders will need to show their ride bib to proceed up the grade)

26 Mile and the 18 Mile courses travel through North Poway and the Bernardo Winery. The 26 mile proceeds into Rancho Bernardo before heading back to Poway. The 26 mile route includes 1200 feet of climbing with two aid stations. The 18 mile course includes 500 feet of climbing with one aid station at the Bernardo Winery.

Course marking: Courses are marked with colored route arrows on the pavement. The route sheets designate the color of arrows to follow for your selected route. Please print a copy of the route sheet for your route and bring it with you on the ride. Courses are subject to change. Please check for route updates prior to the event.

Young children must be accompanied by an adult on all courses. The 50,62, and 100 mile courses are not recommended for children under 16.
